Our history
Latina Entrepreneur Academy was founded to address the growing need for culturally relevant business education and support for Latina women and underserved communities in the Permian Basin. Recognizing the barriers many women face when starting or growing a business, the Academy was created to provide access to mentorship, training, and resources that promote economic independence and leadership development.
Since its founding, the organization has grown into a trusted community partner, offering programs, workshops, and events that empower women to build successful businesses while creating lasting impact for their families and communities.
