  The mission of the initiative aligns with our mission to empower women and with leadership skills in order to overcome obstacles in their life and make a difference in our community.  

  Our goals are to provide support, education, and resources to empower women of all walks of life to a better version of themselves through conferences, workshops, community partnerships, coaching, mentoring, promoting their business, to build their own businesses or enhance their existing ones, and one-one case evaluation.  

 The experience gives students the opportunity to connect with professionals and create meaningful learning connections.
